Ok…I know this isn’t your typical project management book. However, it is one of my recommended books specifically for the shift in mindset that it creates for the reader. Stephan Pollan provides a lot of career development advice and it pertains directly to project management as we often move from project to project. The book is a useful reminder that we should provide excellent delivery and service while always keeping our eye out for the next project or career opportunity.
